Alan has been training in the Naples area for the last 18 years. He has multiple certifications including a certified sports nutrition counselor and received his BS in Exercise & Sport Sciences from the University of Florida. Alan is also the proud father of his spirited 7 year old daughter.
Alan is a member of every existing honors societies in Exercise Physiology including being a founding member at the University of Florida, “Go Gators.” He was twice on the presidents honor roll in college, as well as graduating with honors. Alan has won his class or better in 26 bodybuilding show and is an undefeated power lifter and wrestler. He also won the Junior College National Championship in Track & Field as a discus thrower.
Alan specializes in fat reduction, nutrition & muscle gain. His clients, to date, have lost over 2,000 pounds. Janett is certified through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). She holds a CPR certification as well as being a certified Zumba Instructor. Janett is also a loving wife and mother of two wonderful daughters.
During the summer months Janett coaches indoor volleyball for the Naples Volleyball Association. Between living in Naples, Ft. Lauderdale and Peru she has been coach for over 12 years now. She also plays indoor, outdoor, and beach volleyball herself whenever she gets the chance. Volleyball has and always will be an important part of her life.
Janett strongly believes that through proper fitness, one has the ability to improve their quality of life. She enjoys helping and assisting individuals and families gain the correct knowledge and skills necessary to develop lifelong positive habits that will allow them to transform their minds and bodies into vessels of health.

Terryl has been a Fitness Professional for 15 years now. She is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and received her degree in Exercise Physiology from Hofstera University in Hempstead, New York. She is also certified by APEX, Flexibility Training, Aerobox, and she is sanctioned by the NYS Boxing Commission.
Terryl was the director for the Senior Citizen Centers exercising programs for the New York City Housing Authority. Since moving to Naples she has been training privately and is currently starting a non-profit organization to help obese adolescents. Terryl has helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals.
She specializes in core strengthening, functional training, rehabilitative training, and sport specific training. Whether your objective is loosing weight, a better golf game, or just obtaining a healthier lifestyle Terryl can help you reach your fitness goals .

Ashley is certified through NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association) as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and she received her BS in Human Performance from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Ashley interned with Division I collegiate and professional football players, helping the athletes develop their training and conditioning. She has developed her own personal philosophy about training from several years of experience in sports and fitness.
Ashley specializes in power, strength, endurance, and agility training (sports specific programs) as well as special populations including fat loss and general conditioning in older adults. Her workouts include a combination of machine weights, free weights, functional training, core strength training, balance training, and postural exercises. She takes great pride in creating meaningful, challenging, and fun workouts for persons of all fitness levels and wishes to pass her knowledge of exercise to her clients in order to assist them in making fitness a long lasting lifestyle change.

Richard graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a BS in Education and he is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for over 25 years.
Whether Richard is biking, skating, kayaking, or snowboarding he feels the benefit from the work he’s done in the gym. He also hopes his clients can experience the same benefit and find that exercise can be a lifestyle change that will help them not only in sports but also in day-to-day living.
